Replica of the statue from the Chapel of Life in Medjugorje.
On the foundations of the old Parish Church in Međugorje, there is a votive Chapel built in 1931, as thanks to God of the parishioners of Međugorje for protection from storms.
For a long time, the Chapel served as an outdoor altar where Holy Mass was celebrated due to the danger of the Parish Church being demolished.
In 2022, the Chapel was renamed the Chapel of Life, where there is a statue of Our Lady, the Queen of Peace with the child Jesus in her arms.
A statue as a memorial to the protection of life and children in the intercession of the Mother, the Queen of Peace.
