How and when do we collect your personal data?

1. We collect your personal data when it is necessary to fulfill your consumer needs or for the needs of our business: during your registration, MEDJUGORJE-STORE will request the provision of certain information (personal data), such as name and surname, address, country, city, postal code, e-mail address, phone number, username and password,
2. the moment you access the site https://medjugorje.store/ we will also collect your IP address, which is also considered personal data,
3. the customer or user of our site by entering their personal data after registration, and in the case of a purchase enters into a contractual relationship that is the basis for purchasing products and ordering services of the customer's choice at https://medjugorje.store/ . 10. when you participate in our prize games, we will process data depending on the type of prize game, which we will inform you about in the rules of the prize game. Data that can be processed are, for example, name, surname, address for sending the prize,
11. when you fill out a satisfaction survey we process information such as your IP address,
12. when you rate our branches to improve the user experience (we collect the following information: first name, last name, nickname, e-mail, purchase experience),
13. when you ask us any question related to our offer, we will process your contacts and/or other data that you provide when sending the question,
14. if you want to send an open job application, we will process data such as your name, surname, age, title, profession, work experience, contact phone number and other data contained in your open application,
15. when picking up the goods in person (inspection of the identification document).

MEDJUGORJE-STORE recommends all customers or site users to take care of their user account login password. We recommend that when choosing a combination of characters for the password, you should definitely combine upper and lower case letters and numbers. Use a password of at least eight characters. We recommend changing the password periodically (at least once every six months).

We process your personal data because the legal regulations require us to perform certain actions, i.e. because the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract or in order to take actions before concluding a contract or on the basis of our legitimate interests, except when these interests are stronger interests or the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals who require the protection of personal data.

If the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please pay attention to the mandatory scope of data that we are asking you for, because in the event that the customer or user does not provide the required information that is determined as mandatory in order to perform the requested or expected activity for you, unfortunately, you will not be allowed to participate in it, without the requested data, the activity will not be technically feasible.

Processing of personal data in the payment process

MEDJUGORJE-STORE, at the time of payment on the page https://medjugorje.store/ , as a condition for paying for products and services by credit or debit card, asks the customer for data to activate the payment process. Where is your personal information stored?

The processed data is stored in our premises and IT systems, but sometimes we store the data on the servers of our trusted service providers located in the EU.
